The winter here in Ely was a dry one, there wasn't much snow and the spring started out very dry, low water levels and the fire hazard high. Soon after the Ham Lake Fire was fully contained, the clouds began to pour down and the rains have not let up much since. With the rains, our gratitude mingles. Last night we had one of the most amazing lightening and thunder shows. Today there has been hail and rain non-stop - we have a few cricks a startin' at Pine Ridge...
We head out early morning this Sunday, if i don't have the chance to post again until after our staff trip, i'll be sending out prayers of love and gentleness.
